I read this article from the latest issue of Time. I'm not sure if I'll be happy that the Philippines has been featured again on this world renowned magazine. I rely a lot on tv news with regards to the local politics. I'm not sure if I missed those alias (Triple X) or what...but from a view of an international media, this is who we are...you judge it for yourself.
