I remember when we were younger, my mom will prepare an avocado ice cream for me and my brother. How I wish I can do the same for my kiddo but because he has a sensitive tonsils, this will just be a dream , I guess. With the help of Chef Fabio, a fame from Hell's Kitchen, here's an interesting recipe for a home made ice cream. I just hope I have the mixer-machine he has.
