This articles reminds that I have to get more sleep. Being a working mom, I sometimes feel like a headless chicken running around to prepare dinner and to get everything ready for the next day before retiring to bed. Don't get me wrong, I like doing these for my boys even I have to stay up in the wee hours of the morning and giving me only a few hours of sleep. I must keep in mind to have a conscious effort to remind myself that I need at least 7 hours of sleep to avoid at least those ugly lines and most especially, to give me the energy that I needed the next working day.
